When do Champions Finals run?
EA opens a Finals campaign most weekends, usually Friday to Monday. We play inside that window, so an order placed after a campaign has started is queued for the next one — the order chat confirms the exact weekend.
What if the pro does not reach my rank?
You get a pro-rated refund for every win short of the target. Example: a Rank 1 order (15 wins) that finishes on 12 wins refunds 3/15 of the price.
Which platforms do you support, and does it change the price?
PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch 2 — all at exactly the same price. Pick yours in the calculator so the order goes to a pro with that platform. Cross-play only matters for who you meet in matches; it never changes the order.
Do I need to turn off two-factor authentication?
No, 2FA is not required for anything we do. If your account has it switched on, keep a single-use backup code handy: you can add it, encrypted, with your login so the pro is not stuck waiting on a code.
Is this FIFA or EA SPORTS FC 27?
