Terms of Use

Last updated: May 25, 2026

Welcome to MMR Boost. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related content (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is not directed at children under 13 (see our Privacy Policy § 11 for our COPPA practices).

2. Accounts & Sign-In

You can create an account with an email and a strong password, or sign in through our supported identity providers: Google, Discord, or Steam. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close any account that violates these Terms.

Accounts are assigned a role — client, salesperson, booster, or admin — which controls what parts of the Service you can use. Role changes are made by MMR Boost at its discretion.

3. Services We Offer

MMR Boost provides the following Dota 2 services:

  • Solo Boost — our booster signs into your account and raises your MMR.
  • Duo Boost — you queue with our booster on your own account; no credentials shared.
  • Calibration — our booster plays your placement matches on your account.
  • Coaching — live one-on-one coaching session on your account or ours, per booking.
  • Behavior Score Boost — raise your account’s behavior score to a target threshold.
  • Low Priority Removal — complete the games required to clear a low-priority queue penalty.
  • Role Queue — matches restricted to your selected position.
  • Arcana — cosmetic-related milestones (e.g. event-locked items).
  • Account Check — verification step MMR Boost may run before some boosting services begin.

Available services, eligibility, and pricing modifiers (e.g. region, duo option, streaming, speed, behavior-score level threshold, low-priority game count) are shown on the calculator page at the time of order.

4. Cart, Checkout & Payment

Orders are placed by adding services to your cart and confirming them at checkout. Prices are shown in your selected display currency; final payment is taken in the currency you choose at checkout. We accept payments via:

  • Stripe — credit and debit cards.
  • PayPal — PayPal account balance and linked sources.
  • NOWPayments — Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT (and other supported coins listed at checkout).

Orders begin once payment is confirmed. You may apply a single promo code or goodwill voucher per order at checkout; stacking is not permitted unless explicitly stated. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

5. Tipping

After an order is reviewed, you may optionally tip your booster. 100% of the tip amount is forwarded to the booster. MMR Boost takes no commission on tips. Tip amounts must meet the minimum displayed on the tip widget; tips are processed through the same payment processors as orders and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Game Account & Credentials

For services where a booster signs into your account — currently Solo Boost, Calibration, Behavior Score Boost, and Low Priority Removal — you may share your Dota 2 (Steam) account credentials with us. We treat these credentials with the highest level of care:

  • Stored encrypted at rest using AES-256 in a dedicated database, separate from your profile.
  • Accessible only to the assigned booster and authorized administrators.
  • Automatically purged within 24 hours after the order is completed.
  • Every access is recorded in an audit log retained for at least 12 months.
  • Administrative reads (e.g. account-check verification) are separately audited under the CREDENTIAL_ACCESSED_BY_ADMIN event.

You acknowledge that account boosting may be against the terms of service of the game publisher (Valve Corporation). You assume the risk associated with sharing your account, and we are not liable for any in-game penalties imposed by the publisher.

7. Booster Conduct

Our boosters are verified players who agree to a code of conduct: no fraud, no chat reports, no off-meta griefing, no use of third-party software (cheats, scripts, automation), no sharing or copying of client credentials outside of the Service, and no contact with clients off-platform. Violations are grounds for immediate removal from the platform and forfeiture of pending payouts.

8. Communications

The Service has three communication channels:

  • Order chat — a private conversation between the client, the assigned booster, and (as observer) sales/admin staff. Auto-created when a booster is assigned to an order.
  • Sales inquiries — the “Chat with us” button. Used for pre-purchase questions and post-order support. Available to logged-in users.
  • Guest chat — a limited inquiry channel available to visitors without an account, subject to rate limits and IP-based abuse protection. Guest chat messages are retained per § 7 of the Privacy Policy and may be deleted on GDPR request.

We also send transactional emails (account verification, order updates, payment receipts, cancellation decisions, payout notices for boosters). Marketing emails, when offered, are opt-in.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy substantial parts of the Service.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or AI agents to place orders, manipulate ratings, or evade rate limits.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, vouchers, or first-time-customer discounts.
  • Impersonate MMR Boost staff or another user.
  • Submit chargebacks or payment disputes for completed services without first contacting us through our Refund Policy process.
  • Resell access to the Service or our boosters’ identities to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All site content, design, branding, and code are owned by MMR Boost or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Dota 2, Steam, and related marks are property of Valve Corporation; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve. Game data (hero names, item names, image assets) is used under Valve’s fan-content policy. If you believe content on the Service infringes a copyright you own, please follow our DMCA Notice procedure.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee a specific MMR outcome within an exact timeframe; estimated completion times shown at order time are best-effort projections, not contractual deliverables. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the Service, including third-party dependencies (Steam, Dota 2 matchmaking, payment processors).

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MMR Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, MMR, in-game items, or cosmetics. Our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your jurisdiction.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks pursued outside our refund process, repeat infringement of intellectual-property rights, or where required by law. On termination, any in-flight order may be cancelled subject to our Refund Policy. You may close your account at any time through the account-settings page or by request to support.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for thirty (30) days and announced through the Service or by email to active customers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which MMR Boost operates. We encourage you to contact support first for any dispute; most issues can be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a competent court in that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring proceedings in your country of habitual residence where required by applicable consumer-protection law (e.g. EU Brussels Ia Regulation).
